Today I visited the Harborne branch for a bikini wax and I must say, the experience was delightful. Dee was exceptional, making me feel at ease with her friendly and professional approach. I will certainly return and specifically request her for my next appointment.
I opted for a hollywood wax at the salon, and though Dee (if I recall correctly) was very pleasant and courteous, the waxing itself was subpar. Unfortunately, I ended up with minor abrasions that caused discomfort for several days after, a first-time experience for me despite years of waxing with different therapists. Waxing should not leave the skin sore for days. While I cannot recommend this particular service, I have had positive experiences at the Kings Heath branch with Rupinda. Her waxes are efficient, thorough, and gentle, completing the job quickly in just 15 minutes.
