Absolutely adore coming here! The team is fantastic and provides top-notch advice! Huge thanks to Charlie who helped me out when I was a bit unsure of what I wanted! She explained everything and gave excellent suggestions. She was also really friendly and made me feel comfortable right away!
Just got my hair coloured and cut. Waited a few weeks after the patch test, but ended up with a different stylist than the one who did my consultation. It's quite busy and pricey, could use some improvement in customer service. On the bright side, they have a bar inside for drinks which is a nice touch. The haircut turned out well.
We, as customers, really need to reconsider supporting this kind of service. It's basically a gamble whether you'll get a nice person at this place - even the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. While you may be busy at the moment, people will stop coming if your prices don't match the service! I had a terrible experience, and even when your staff acknowledge their mistake, you still treat customers like a bother. The work at Bad Apple may be consistent, but it's not exceptional, and their service is awful!
