Having visited this salon multiple times for hair colouring and cuts, I never fail to leave satisfied! The service is phenomenal, and the staff are delightful. A big thank you to Jamie and Sky for their meticulous care and dedication in washing and styling my hair. Plus, the balayage done by Ruby last time was simply fantastic! I highly recommend it.
I have frequented this establishment twice in the past and was content. However, my experience in November 2023 with an unbooked stylist, whom I trusted based on photos, was a disaster. She completely ruined my hair, styling it into curls to mask the damage. I reached out to UKB and was offered a complimentary haircut, which I politely declined. I sought rectification elsewhere and requested a refund of my £60. To date, no one has addressed my request, leaving me dissatisfied.
I must say, I am absolutely thrilled with the top-notch service provided by Charlie. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, and efficient! Having thick, curly locks, he offered the perfect advice to combat frizz while considering shrinkage. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to everyone. Many thanks! ❤️
