I must express my disappointment with my recent visit to the spa. While I have enjoyed wonderful treatments and interactions with friendly staff in the past, this time was subpar. The therapist seemed rushed and missed parts of the treatment, which I noticed as I had previously experienced the same package in a much more satisfying manner. Despite sharing my concerns with the manager, I felt unheard and disbelieved. Having been a loyal patron of this spa for years and recommending it to loved ones, the lacklustre response from management has deterred me from returning.

Absolutely fantastic experience with welcoming staff providing tailored treatments to suit your preferences. Make sure to book a session for access to the jacuzzi and sauna, and consider purchasing the Beauty Pass for additional perks at a great value.

My spa visit was satisfactory but not exceptional. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, however, the facilities were only adequate. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of order, limiting our experience to the steam room and sauna. After a massage and some time in the steam and sauna, we grew bored due to a lack of activities and left after a short stay. The changing rooms were in need of renovation and better upkeep, with dishes and glasses left unattended in the relaxation area for extended periods. Given the price paid, I would opt for a more fulfilling experience elsewhere and do not plan on returning.
