The nail technician is a very pleasant young man with a pristine studio. I had a delightful conversation with him and he made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. However, the British manicure did not meet my expectations. The nails were not flawless and I don't believe it justified the price labelled as the 'British manicure'.
The most delightful gentleman, truly puts me at ease and creates a relaxing atmosphere every time I get my manicures! I am thrilled to have found someone who genuinely values their work and clients :)
