I have a sensitivity to hair dye. Lisa, my trusted stylist, always takes exceptional care to prevent any contact with my skin during the colouring process. I have been a loyal client for many years and wholeheartedly recommend her services. I have never left her salon feeling anything less than satisfied.
Today marked my first visit to Lisa's salon for a hair appointment. The outcome was flawless, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have already made another booking and am eagerly anticipating the next session for both the quality service and the opportunity for a delightful catch-up with the girls. Arrived at this salon with my young children around 7 years ago, slightly tardy due to the challenges of parenting. However, the reception we received was far from accommodating. The hairstylist displayed a shocking lack of manners in front of my little ones. Despite my typically patient and understanding nature, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and allowed her to trim my children's hair. Regrettably, the cuts were so poorly executed that I had to seek corrective services elsewhere. The experience was so disappointing that I have not returned since, and have no intention of doing so. Even now, my kids still mention her in conversation, prompting me to share this feedback.
