The haircut took 30 minutes, but the style didn't last. The salon could use a modernisation. Suitable for a quick cut, but not for a lasting style.
I SHALL NOT return to this establishment. 6 weeks ago, I underwent some waxing, including a 'tidying-up' of my upper lip. My skin is still recovering, and the response I received when I raised the issue at the salon was unhelpful. The individual I spoke to seemed unimpressed and almost hostile. Despite a forced apology, the lack of empathy was evident. The waxing procedure was aggressive, leaving me with redness and a rash. I called back for advice, but the response was dismissive. 6 weeks later, I still have a stubborn spot above my lip. I have frequented this salon before, but I will not be returning.
