This establishment deserves zero stars. While their prices may seem tempting, you are essentially paying for them to harm you!!!!
AVOID AVOID I phoned ahead to inquire about the type of wax they use due to my sensitive skin and being a first-time visitor. I was assured it was tea tree and aloe vera wax, and that they use hot wax, not strip wax.
Absolutely dreadful experience, a complete waste of money. I am utterly livid and let down by their lack of professionalism and expertise. They did absolutely nothing right and completely ruined my hair. Steer clear if you value your money. I deeply regret stepping foot in that establishment. They charged exorbitant prices for a service that was non-existent. They may pretend to be busy, but they only succeed in wrecking your hair.
