The treatment room for the deep tissue massage was serene and cozy with a wonderfully heated bed, the massage was thorough, expertly executed, and I felt every detail was considered. My pedicurist was Ferzana, and she was charming. The pedicure was top-notch, and Ferzana truly listened to my preferences, offered great advice, and was so amiable. My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. After reading other reviews, I feel disheartened because the ladies who have massaged me have always been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and truly skilled in Chinese massage techniques. The massages are vigorous, akin to sports massages, which I find quite enjoyable. I have always felt at ease here and have not observed any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The physician took time to explain the procedure, ensuring I grasped the risks and benefits. Despite my tearful state due to low iron, Nurse Alex and the physician were exceptional. They went the extra mile to keep me calm, with Nurse Alex even holding my hand throughout. Their efforts to make me at ease were outstanding, and I appreciate the positive experience.
