Extremely professional service and top-notch quality of equipment. The room was impeccably clean and only authentic Moroccan products were utilized. Hanan has a wonderful personality; she made me feel incredibly welcome and was extremely thorough during the hamman. The experience was not hurried at all, and I felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. I must express my disappointment with my recent visit to the spa. While I have enjoyed wonderful treatments and interactions with friendly staff in the past, this time was subpar. The therapist seemed rushed and missed parts of the treatment, which I noticed as I had previously experienced the same package in a much more satisfying manner. Despite sharing my concerns with the manager, I felt unheard and disbelieved.
