I've been visiting this establishment for massages a few times annually for the past 8 or so years, and it remains my preferred place for a massage. After reading other reviews, I feel disheartened because the ladies who have massaged me have always been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and truly skilled in Chinese massage techniques. The massages are vigorous, akin to sports massages, which I find quite enjoyable. I have always felt at ease here and have not observed any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I must say, I am quite surprised by the lack of reviews for Farrah - she is an absolute gem! I have been struggling with alignment issues for years with no resolution in sight, but Farrah took one look at me and within half a minute, she pinpointed exactly where my problems lay. Gabriella was suggested to me approximately 5 years ago to help with persistent lower back problems. Having consulted several physiotherapists and sports therapists previously, I was anticipating a simple 'sports massage'. However, Gabriella delved into the biomechanics of my issue rather than opting for a quick fix, and she managed to alleviate years of pain within weeks!
Her expertise, professionalism, and compassion are exceptional, and I have been relying on her for both maintenance and therapeutic treatments ever since.
Recently, I experienced a leg fracture, and undoubtedly, my recovery would not have been as smooth without her assistance.

I was attended to by a gentleman named Oliver Reynolds, who immediately put me at ease with his professional and reassuring manner. Suffering from a persistent knee injury, I had been struggling to walk comfortably for weeks. However, after just one session with Oliver, I experienced a remarkable improvement. I can now move with ease and, most importantly, without the sharp pain that had been plaguing me. Despite having visited other physiotherapists in the past, I can confidently say that Oliver's expertise and passion for his work truly set him apart. 1st time visiting Manor Spa. Reception staff were lovely, very accommodating, although we had to wait a bit for our session to start due to delays, they made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area. I had booked couples massage for me and my sister as a birthday treat and we were taken to the couples room which was beautifully lit up with candles and the ambience was great. We had booked the Thai hot oil massage which was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep, there were some parts which weren't as relaxing but that it because I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders but I'm grateful he paid extra attention to release the tension. All in all a great massage, good service and worth the money! Will be visiting again 👍About
