It was my debut experience getting both a hair colour and cut, so I was initially a tad apprehensive. Nonetheless, Dylan was exceedingly amiable and guided me through each part of the process. I am overjoyed with the outcome – the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming!
My sibling had their hair styled at this establishment a few months back, so I had an idea of what to anticipate and Dylan lived up to expectations! He was attentive and addressed all my concerns and queries. I placed full trust in him throughout the entire procedure and I am delighted I did, my hair hasn't looked this good in years. Cecilia was exceptionally gentle while tending to my hair and she provided thorough explanations throughout. She made sure to check in on my comfort level at every stage of the appointment. Since it was my first time having my hair cut, I had full confidence in her abilities and her attentiveness to my preferences.
