My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.
I must say, highly recommending this spot! The customer service here is top-notch, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the services provided are excellent. You'll walk out with a fantastic haircut and feeling respected, all at a reasonable price. The ladies' hair salon is not only super cool but also very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a superb haircut! Massive thanks for the outstanding work done here.
Yesterday, I took my son to Tandis for a makeover, and it was hands down the best decision! Anthony performed wonders with the perms, giving my son some seriously stylish curls, while Sam nailed the haircut, shaping it flawlessly. The salon had a relaxed and inviting ambiance, with positive vibes all around. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even more delightful.
