For over a year, I've been a regular client of Charlotte, who effortlessly understands the best cut and colour for me. I trust her expertise completely. Charlotte is not only skilled but also delightful to converse with, making the salon experience a delight. The tranquil and serene ambiance of the salon is perfect after a long day at work.
Despite a minor issue with parking, my visit to the salon and meeting with David was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable reclining chair and soothing head massage during the hair wash. David was attentive and empathetic to my requirements, ensuring I didn't feel hurried. Collaborating with pictures, we achieved a fresh, contemporary hairstyle. Plans for highlights were made for the upcoming week.
The service was wonderfully relaxing, with Emily being both amiable and professional. The salon itself is charming, and the added bonus of a chair massage during the hair wash was delightful. Delighted with my fresh cut, colour, and blow dry. Thank you once again, I'll be back soon for my next appointment.
