We are absolutely thrilled with our stunning Christmas nail art created by Zoe, the attention to detail is truly exceptional. The service provided was outstanding as usual and the pricing was very reasonable.
STAY AWAY! I underwent a 'full set' of eyelash extensions done by the proprietor, Jane. She applied an excessive amount of adhesive, causing multiple of my natural lashes to stick to each extension, resulting in a far cry from the full set I had paid for. My eyes actually stuck together during the application process, requiring force to separate them. Soon after, they became itchy and clumped together. Despite calling them four times to schedule an appointment for removal, no one answered. I also left a voicemail but never received a callback. I was compelled to seek assistance from another salon to have them removed, which turned out to be a fortunate decision! They mentioned that the extensions appeared to be applied by an unqualified individual and identified lash lice due to the excessive glue, making it impossible to clean them properly. The extensions were severely clumped and ended up causing damage to my natural lashes. Removal took 1.5 hours instead of the expected 10-15 minutes. When requesting a refund, Jane refused, falsely claiming that I had not attempted to resolve the issue with them before seeking help elsewhere. I have phone records proving otherwise. Furthermore, she mentioned that she had 'discussed at length with my technician' about the problems... the technician being herself! 😂 Check out the photos taken 2 weeks post-application - they were supposed to last 6-8 weeks according to their website! I could not discourage others enough from visiting this establishment. Poorly managed and providing abysmal, deceitful service.
