Sophia provided an exceptional service, attentively listening and comprehending my hair concerns and styling preferences. The process was time-consuming, but the final colour and cut were impeccable. I can effortlessly leave my hair and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the salon, engaging in pleasant conversations while being pampered. If I could, I would rate it 6 stars!

I visited the salon for a trim and some layers done by Megan. After the wet cut, she styled my hair into curls which looked lovely. However, my hair is naturally straight, so when I washed and dried it at home, the layers appeared choppy and blunt. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was considering returning to see if it could be fixed. But Megan's rude behaviour on the phone, with laughter directed at me, deterred me from going back. I requested a refund, to which she responded, "We cannot do that, I can't just glue your hair back on," and abruptly ended the call. Upon visiting the salon after work to discuss a refund, Megan's attitude remained disrespectful. She even confessed to having me on loudspeaker, violating the Data Protection Act by disclosing information without my consent. I managed to get a partial refund but will not be returning. Madeline House is a much more professional option; they promptly rectified the botched haircut at a lower cost!

Outstanding service! I called on a whim for an appointment and was accommodated that very afternoon. The stylist was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and understanding. She offered valuable advice and presented me with various options without pressuring me to purchase their products, which was a refreshing change. I am thrilled with my haircut, and the fact that they serve real, fresh coffee is an added bonus!
