My father gifted me a beekeeper's ring for my birthday, but it was a bit too large. I brought it to this place, and the lady assured me she could resize it in a couple of days. However, the job was poorly executed! The ring showed visible signs of being split and joined. Beekeeper rings are delicate on the underside compared to the bulky top, and now it was fragile, she informed me! This ring is made of expensive solid gold, and she failed to warn me beforehand that altering it would compromise its integrity. The service was terrible. I wish she had disclosed this information earlier; I would have chosen not to alter it and gained some weight instead. I was devastated. About a month later, the part where it was joined split! Heartbreaking. I am now saving up to take it to a reputable place with skilled craftsmen who can fix it properly or melt it down and create a new one for me. Please, I implore you, avoid this place if you have something valuable that needs repair or alteration. Seriously. Only entrust items that are inexpensive or lack sentimental value.
