Today, my daughter received a full head of highlights from Eliza, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. Eliza showed immense patience, as my daughter's long and thick hair made the process quite lengthy. I can't thank Eliza enough for making my daughter so incredibly happy. All the staff here are incredibly welcoming and kind. A young woman styled both my hair and my daughter's, although I can't recall her name. Her mother also works at the salon and has styled my hair in the past. My hair is naturally thick and curly, and I've been coming to this salon exclusively for the past two years after some unfortunate experiences at other salons. The ladies here are so supportive and friendly - I was late to my last appointment, but the young woman was understanding and still managed to style both mine and my daughter's hair. Truly exceptional customer service.
The atmosphere at this salon is so warm and inviting. The customer service is top-notch, and I always leave with my hair looking fantastic. The stylists are incredibly skilled with colour. I highly recommend this salon.
