I've visited the salon for a haircut before, but recently had my first experience with colouring. It wasn't what I expected initially, so I called the salon, and they offered to help fix it. Finley took charge and was exceptional, listening to my concerns and, with patience, attention to detail, and great skill, turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Thanks to the salon for their excellent service, and to Finley for his fantastic work.
I had a balayage and haircut appointment with Theo, and I can't praise him enough! The entire experience was delightful from beginning to end; Theo made me feel like a VIP and did an exceptional job on my hair. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and I will definitely be returning :)
