Appalling. Staff extremely rude. Engage in private conversations in their own language, disregarding customers. Misunderstand requests, proceed with their own choices. Rushed and rough handling of nails. Felt like I was being paid, not the other way around. Departed feeling verbally mistreated and swindled. They must comprehend that payment is for a service that should be delivered.
