Appalling. Staff extremely rude. Engage in private conversations in their own language, disregarding customers. Misunderstand requests, proceed with their own choices. Rushed and rough handling of nails. Felt like I was being paid, not the other way around. Departed feeling verbally mistreated and swindled. They must comprehend that payment is for a service that should be delivered. Avoid this place, they should cease operations.
Initially, no appointments available, only walk-ins, no reception desk either, expected to wait in a cramped waiting area and then called out 'next!' without guidance on where to sit. Dreadful for my social anxiety. While seated, uncertain of who was working on my nails. Tables unsanitary, covered in dust likely from previous customers, equipment also appeared unclean. Found it peculiar that 3 INDIVIDUALS worked on my nails, each taking turns on different parts, necessitating repeated instructions. Filing was rough, cuticles not pushed back, resulting in a messy finish. During payment, quoted a random price of £43, claimed to have only £40 in cash, took the £40, personally felt overcharged... Weeks later, caught my finger in a door, two nails broke off (quite a bit of blood.. haha), upon removal, noticed dents on all nails where the artificial ones were, leaving my nails damaged despite safe removal. Unlikely to revisit, prefer a more personal experience.
First visit, won't return. Left adhesive on my fingers, cut one finger, nail varnish on one finger. The list is never-ending. Now seeking elsewhere to rectify their mess!
