The staff were friendly and skilled at their work. After a previous bad experience elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Timothy Andrews. My hair looks much healthier and is in a lovely shape. Thanks to everyone at Timothy Andrews. Xx
Today was my first visit to the salon. I was nervous about getting a short hairstyle, but Tim did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. The salon had a lovely atmosphere, and I will definitely return. A very satisfied customer!
I visited the salon with my daughter for a haircut, blow-dry, and colour. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am, but we weren't seen until 11:15 am. The wait was quite long. The staff were mostly pleasant, except for a young lady who seemed to be a student. She was having a tough day, as she was rough while handling our hair. She even accidentally hit my daughter's head with the hairbrush. When it was time for my hair dye, she left it all over my neck, forehead, back of the neck, ears, and even on my jumper. I politely asked for a coffee twice, and after an hour and a half, she brought me a half cup of very strong coffee and placed it on the table quite harshly. While my hair turned out nice, I would not want the student to attend to me again. It's important to leave personal problems at home and not take them out on customers.
