Me and my brother used to be regulars at the salon and would always be welcomed and would leave with high quality nails, due to my job I haven’t been in the past year. I took my friend with me this time and the shop was rather full, after waiting I was moved from chair to chair with multiple people doing my nails and waiting in between. All in all we left the nail salon 3 hour later and £70 lighter we left with with thick nails that are chipping already and my friends nails were absolutely laughable the due to the terrible design, even the nail techs were looking at them. After asking for a refund on the nail designs not even the nails I was told no and that she had to come back but after 3 hours we was honestly exhausted and she was embarrassed
I have been going to summer nails for over a year to get my nails done, I won't be returning. Everytime I book an appointment I am told to wait but I am waiting up to half hour before being seen, this is due to them accepting every single walk in and then forgetting about their booked appointments. I feel like they're rushing, I am always cut by the drill and if I say they cut me they try to blame me, that is not good customer service to be blamed for their mistakes. They rush me when I am choosing my prefferred nail colours, even though I am the client paying them for their services. I try to talk to them and feel ignored each time and the service in general is very very rude. My nails recently have gone down hill with quality, after 2 weeks they begin peeling and the design is clearly rushed from how they end up looking. Not impressed and won't be returning I have already gone to another nail salon which is 10/10 service and quality for me.
Great service. Friendly staff. Didn’t have an appointment and still got seen straight away. Love my nails! :)
