Having spent 48 years in nursing where only natural, clean nails were permitted, I recently indulged in getting gel nails. It was a delightful experience, with the staff being incredibly warm and welcoming. I am absolutely in love with my nails and will definitely be returning for more treatments.
The ladies were absolutely delightful, but the quick job on my hands and toes has left the results looking rather unsatisfactory. The colour seems to be lacking an extra coat as it's possible to see through it. Not all of my nails have been fully covered, there are noticeable gaps on the sides and significant spaces between the cuticle and the polish. Additionally, my eyebrows now have two red blood dots where my skin was pinched during the treatment. Due to the oil on my nails at the time, I didn't initially notice how poor they looked until I got home. This service was provided by technician 5.
I genuinely wouldn't consider going anywhere else; the team here is truly exceptional and they never fail to impress! I often bring in a picture, and they always strive to recreate it perfectly every single time. I've attached a few photos of my nails over the months, and they always turn out stunning. The fact that removals are complimentary is such a rarity, and the quality of their work is truly remarkable. On the rare occasion that my manicure chips on the first day, I've gone back and they've promptly touched it up the very next day! I couldn't recommend them more highly.
