If I could award zero stars, I definitely would. My partner and I were left stranded when our dentist, Amelia Lucas, departed. We were assured that we would be notified once an NHS dentist joined the practice. After a prolonged wait, we decided to book a private appointment. To our surprise, an NHS slot miraculously became available, which we eagerly accepted. However, it turned out to be a mistake on their end, as we received a call on the day of the appointment citing 'technical issues' and canceling it. Another appointment was scheduled for two months later, which we reluctantly agreed to. Yet again, the night before the appointment, we received a call canceling it with another flimsy excuse. The lack of transparency and the way patients are treated is extremely frustrating and insulting.
I have recently undergone a pleasant tooth removal, and surprisingly, it was not a contradiction in terms. The warm, friendly, and reassuring approach of the dental team made the experience comfortable. The available options were carefully explained, and we agreed on the best course of action. There was minimal discomfort and absolutely no pain. Brilliant service!
I am satisfied with the services provided by the dental practice. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, and they adhered well to appointment times. Overall, the results of the treatment were excellent.
