I discovered Osborne Sport & Rehab thanks to a recommendation from a friend. Throughout the lockdown, I began following a pilates DVD to stay active. As a beginner, I found it more challenging than anticipated. Around that time, Osborne Sport & Rehab began posting daily pilates videos, guiding viewers through each exercise to create a comprehensive weekly routine. I found these videos extremely beneficial and watched them religiously. Although I don't reside nearby, if I did, I would eagerly attend their pilates classes or opt for a sports massage if required.
