This salon is truly a gem, operated by the most delightful individuals. The welcoming and hardworking atmosphere is evident from the moment you step in. They did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my hair appointments. A definite must-visit! 💞
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this charming hair salon. The atmosphere was friendly and the cleanliness was top-notch. My haircut and highlights turned out lovely. However, despite my desire to return, I attempted to contact them five times to no avail. I left multiple messages, but unfortunately, no one ever returned my calls. It seems like they are not interested in my business, so I have decided to take my patronage elsewhere. It's a pity because they also offer beautician services, which I have tried and highly recommend. It appears that they do not promote this hidden gem enough. Combining both services could attract more customers. But if they continue to ignore calls and messages, I fear this lovely shop may struggle to survive, especially in the current economic climate. One off-putting aspect for potential customers is seeing staff smoking outside the front entrance. Not a good look. 🚭
My experience with this salon was absolutely dreadful. I was quoted £22 over the phone but was charged £32 upon arrival. The simple layers haircut I requested turned out to be a disaster. The hair lengths are uneven, with one side too short and the other side too long. It was a horrendous experience with a terrible hairdresser. I strongly advise against wasting your money here. They are overcharging and underdelivering.
