They are incredibly skilled, I always depart content. Customer service levels are exceptional all around.
Went in solely for a BIAB removal and the individual attempted to forcibly remove the BIAB from my natural nail, I repeatedly requested them to cease as it was causing damage to my real nails. My natural nails now feel raised and sore. Clearly not a certified nail technician, and I will not be returning.
Without a doubt, the most dreadful nail salon ever. They disregarded direct instructions and completely botched the length of my nails. If you're seeking that kind of experience, then by all means, go there. You're better off at Wonderful Nails in Milton Keynes. I REITERATE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!!!! This is how I departed. And in response to their absurd comment below, no one declined; they simply gawked at me in bewilderment, unsure of how to fix the situation. The lack of skill displayed on that day alone is not even worth the measly £25 this would have cost me. Utterly shocked by their response as well. They should consider some customer service training, mate.
