This establishment is truly wonderful! The manicure was flawless, and the brow tidy-up was top-notch. The warm welcome I received ensures I will definitely return for more of this lady's fantastic treatments.
Impeccable service, with a very friendly atmosphere. The salon is spotless and inviting, offering great value for the quality of treatments. I will certainly be coming back for more.
My spouse bought a £100 voucher in July for my birthday, unaware of the expiry date. I used £70 on 2 treatments, spacing them out due to a busy schedule. Today, when I arrived for a massage, I discovered the voucher had expired on 11.1.2019. Lindsey, whom I spoke to, was incredibly impolite. She mentioned my previous cancellations due to my irregular work hours, insisting I had ample chances to use the voucher. Despite explaining my oversight and expressing a desire to use the remaining £34, Lindsey remained unhelpful and unsympathetic. I do not recommend this salon due to the rude and uncooperative behaviour.
