Had a disappointing encounter with the proprietor of The Hair Lounge. I revisited a few days after a subpar haircut to inquire about potential solutions to make it more manageable, only to be met with a defensive and dismissive attitude. The said proprietor seemed more focused on critiquing her consultation skills rather than acknowledging the miscommunication about my desired look. While the minor adjustments she made significantly improved the style, I have no intention of returning. A skilled hairdresser should be open to the possibility of making mistakes and be willing to address any issues without taking offence.
