What a delightful shop! The service was impeccable, had my nails done and relaxed on the sunbed. It's a serene and reasonably priced place. Jojo takes her time and genuinely cares about making you feel special.
I arrived promptly but was kept waiting for 15 minutes without any communication from the stylist. When I inquired about my appointment, she mentioned a double booking without offering any further details or an apology. A simple explanation and apology would have made the wait more bearable.
Stephanie was an excellent professional! She executed the task flawlessly and we even shared a few laughs! I would definitely recommend her services.
