Visited for a hair colour change and ended up with a rainbow, which I didn't like. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she became rude, claiming to be a professional. Now I have three different colours in my hair, and to top it off, I left with wet hair because the promised finish time was not met, making me very late for work. Absolutely appalling.
Initial consultation to discuss and assess potential treatment. Thorough explanation of the product used, the skin's functioning, and how the treatment would proceed, along with taking before photos. Detailed explanation of each step during the treatment. After the treatment, clear instructions on what to do and what to avoid. Overall, exceptional communication throughout, displaying politeness and professionalism.
I was disappointed by my usual barber over the weekend and called Berengers on Tuesday morning, they squeezed me in for the next day. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, Ben made me feel comfortable with his lively conversation. He took the time to discuss my preferences and offered some suggestions which resulted in my hair looking fantastic. I've already scheduled my next appointment and would highly recommend this salon.
