Exceptional establishment! I was battling severe stress and tension in my upper back. Opted for a 30-minute back, head, and neck massage which greatly relieved my muscles, leaving me feeling rejuvenated.
My worst encounter was at this establishment during a massage session. The staff displayed unprofessionalism and lacked expertise. I left in discomfort and pain.
Massage was subpar, £45 for an hour. The therapist lacked finesse and the experience felt disjointed. However, the conclusion was satisfactory. Overall, not worth the cost. Better options available.
