Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. I tried a Hollywood waxing which I've been getting for about a year now at a different salon, and I've been waxing for the last 10 years in total. I came as a first-time customer to try somewhere closer to home but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I have been left with bruising and burning irritation where the strips have been pulled off and the skin hasn’t been held properly, and the wax has been too warm.
