Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. Upon my initial visit to Jark, my nails were incredibly short (refer to the photos below). After just two sessions, my nails had noticeably lengthened and were in significantly better condition. Jark has truly worked wonders on my nails, and they are now so healthy and long that many people doubt they are my natural nails!
