Regards": Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. My experience with a full face and neck wax was unsatisfactory, as I was left with hairs and deep scratches on my face and under my chin, leading to pain post-treatment.
