A fantastic initial visit to FAB! Despite my slight tardiness, I was greeted with such warmth and smiles - a perfect remedy after a troublesome journey! Upon arrival, I was guided to fill out a consultation form, receiving answers to my queries as I did so. Once finished, I was ushered into a pristine and cosy treatment room where the procedure was explained before commencing. The treatment was carried out with utmost professionalism, and my comfort was consistently checked on. Upon completion, I was escorted back downstairs with yet another cheerful send-off. Overall, a delightful experience! 💕
