Unsatisfied. Arrived for my scheduled appointment today for a duo massage which I had arranged 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, there was no staff present to assist us due to a staffing issue. The lady on duty did not offer to reschedule the appointment or inform us beforehand about the staffing problem, resulting in us not being attended to. Improved communication is necessary from the management.
Just experienced a 1-hour Swedish massage with Candy (hope I remembered correctly!). Exceptional therapist, very warm yet professional. She inquired at the beginning about my preferred pressure and if there were specific areas I wanted her to concentrate on.
