In response to your statement, "You were given aftercare advice from myself and shown your treatment after, and no blood was drawn from your face! If you have a problem, pop in anytime this week to discuss further as I can help if you have an issue with your service. Regards": Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. My experience with a full face and neck wax was unsatisfactory, as I was left with hairs and deep scratches on my face and under my chin, leading to pain post-treatment.
Extremely professional and skilled, provided the best LVL treatment I've ever had! From waxing to facials, haircuts to micro-needling, I was thoroughly impressed. As someone who is hard to please, her expertise and kindness were truly appreciated.
I do not enjoy giving negative feedback, but honesty is important. I ceased using this gentleman's services about 18 months ago. I feel he overbooks, leaving customers waiting at his salon for extended periods. Despite booking appointments, I often waited 30 minutes or more due to him taking in too many clients. He never apologised for the delays. I had over 20 treatments with him, but most times, I waited excessively due to overbooking. He also allowed walk-ins for eyebrow threading, prioritising them over scheduled appointments. When I once tried to walk in, he turned me away, claiming others had called ahead, which I knew was untrue. The constant delays and preferential treatment for walk-ins were unacceptable. I also discovered he charged different rates for the same treatments. His lack of honesty and professionalism led me to never return.
