Absolutely appalling. I've been a loyal customer for years, but today I was told there were no available appointments until tomorrow, despite the salon being empty for the past 15 minutes (I'm sitting in my car). I will definitely not be returning - it's a shame, as I've always been satisfied with their service.
I went to book a haircut appointment, but the hairdresser was quite abrupt and unfriendly. She should work on improving her customer service, even if she couldn't accommodate me, a more pleasant approach would have been appreciated.
Fantastic experience. Laura, the hairdresser, is incredibly welcoming and skilled at her craft. I've been a patron for years due to the exceptional service and the warm staff. The salon also maintains strict Covid safety measures.
