Absolutely dreadful service. Went to pick up a prescription, only to be informed that some items were out of stock (2 items). Upon returning home, I discovered that other items were missing, as I checked my repeat prescription page and saw that all items had been approved by the doctor. I tried calling for 10 minutes with no answer, so I had to drive the 2 miles back to the pharmacy. Upon arrival, I had to wait behind a gentleman who knew the assistant and engaged in a leisurely chat while she served him slowly. When I mentioned that I had been trying to call for 10 minutes, her response was that they were extremely busy. However, it was evident that she had time to chat with a previous customer while three of us waited in line. Eventually, I received the items I was initially told were unavailable. Shocking service - needless to say, I will not be using their services again. TERRIBLE
Recently accompanied my mother to collect her prescription at the pharmacy. There were 8 people ahead of us in the queue, and it took 30 minutes to be served by the lone assistant. She did not greet us or thank us, and then informed my mother that the prescription was not ready, despite being told it would be ready two days prior. When we returned the next day, thankfully with no queue, two women behind the desk completely ignored us. After I greeted them, one lady mentioned they would assist us shortly, but after 10 minutes and a growing queue behind us, another woman emerged from the back to serve us. While I understand they may be busy, they clearly need more staff. This situation is unfair to both customers and employees.
In general, the staff at the pharmacy are fantastic and accommodating, which is why I am still giving them 3 stars. However, today I left feeling as though I was being scolded for ordering prescriptions. When I went in to request my prescriptions, the lady serving me seemed to be in a bad mood. She approached the desk with a huff, asking which prescriptions I needed in an irritated manner. When she printed them, she slammed the paper and pen down on the counter quite aggressively, stating that she would get to it later if she had time. I understand that they are under a lot of pressure and stress, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable.
