Nail Lounge - Bordon

I have visited this salon a total of 3-4 times. The first experience was satisfactory, but subsequent visits were disappointing. The removal of Shellac was not done properly, leading to damage to my nails. On the next visit, the technician had to redo the removal properly, feigning surprise that her colleague had not done a good job. Additionally, the manicures and pedicures lacked proper cleaning and cuticle care; they were rushed without any massage or moisturising cream, unlike other salons. My last visit was particularly unpleasant; it seemed as though the staff were irritated at having to do their job. The pedicure was hastily done, with no effort made to clean the skin around the toenails despite my specific request. Furthermore, I was never able to choose the nail colour I wanted, as they claimed to lack regular nail polish and only offered gel options. This seems absurd for a nail salon. Additionally, gel and Shellac treatments were applied without my consent, resulting in me having to point it out, especially since I had booked online. I was also overcharged by £5 on my card. Other salons typically offer tea or water and exude kindness and warmth. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this nail salon.

I have recently begun frequenting this nail salon for BIAB treatments. The team here is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The proprietor is always delightful, engaging, and warm. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. Although I have visited numerous nail salons in the past, I will definitely be a repeat customer here. My nails look absolutely stunning. Thank you.

I relocated to the region approximately four months ago and have visited this nail salon multiple times for a full set of acrylics and gel nails. Personally, I adore this charming salon; the staff are welcoming and the services are excellent value for money. I have no complaints about the quality of the nails, despite my psoriasis making it difficult for me to relax my hands. The staff are consistently patient and attentive.
