EXCELLENT SERVICE! Incredible! My father has endured months of trapped nerve agony, coursing from his neck down his left arm to his thumb and forefinger. The consultant deemed surgery too risky, advising pain management instead. Upon recommendation, he tried acupuncture as a last resort. He met a compassionate Chinese lady named Lucy, who provided three treatments. Remarkably, even after the initial session, he could raise his arm above his head with minimal discomfort. The numbness in his fingers improved by 50%. Now, he can sleep through the night without relying on painkillers! Gratitude to Lucy.
I had a very disappointing encounter with this establishment! I scheduled an acupuncture appointment due to severe neck pain, hoping for relief through this method. Despite being given a same-day appointment, upon arrival, the practitioner was absent, instructing me to return in two hours! This initial red flag should have deterred me, but the pain left me no choice. Returning later, I underwent a consultation and was asked to pay £60 upfront before the session (another warning sign). Following payment, I was led to the treatment room. The practitioner proceeded to insert needles into my stomach, despite my 38-week pregnancy. When I questioned if this would address my neck pain, she assured me it would, albeit with limited English proficiency. Post-session, my neck pain persisted, and she accused me of dishonesty when I expressed this. I reiterated the pain location, and she insisted on a paid follow-up the next day. Disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of appropriate treatment, I strongly advise against this establishment.
This is undeniably one of the most abysmal places for a body massage globally. The staff are exceedingly impolite and solely focused on extracting money without delivering any massage service. Their lack of expertise is evident, as they attempt to upsell additional services for extra payment. I urge you to avoid this establishment to prevent squandering your money. Their discourteous behaviour is truly unacceptable.
