There's no doubt that I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my lashes done. Absolutely love them!
I would award zero stars if I could. Two days before my wedding day, I had an appointment with my mum and Maid of Honour to have our nails done. I was informed the appointment was for 3pm for the three of us. I allowed my mum and sister to go first while I picked my daughter up from school and arrived an hour later. To my surprise, I was met by a very impolite individual (blonde hair & glasses) who informed me she couldn’t do my pedicure, which I understood. However, when she noticed I had acrylics on, she refused to do my nails citing lack of time, even though her next client was scheduled an hour later. She then proceeded to tell me that I had wasted her time! Leaving a bride with no solution two days before her wedding, with no assistance in resolving the issue or offering an alternate appointment is simply unacceptable. I departed the establishment in tears, unsure of what to do. Fortunately, I managed to find another nail salon that completed my nails in 40 minutes, despite having an hour until their next client and still refusing to accommodate me. I will not be endorsing this salon to anyone!! I will be advising them to steer clear at all costs!!
First visit today and I will certainly be returning. Run by delightful friendly ladies. 😊
