Absolutely appalled by the rudeness I experienced! I've been a loyal customer for years but after taking a short break and encountering all new staff, the man who attended to me was incredibly rude. He was huffing, puffing, and handling my hand aggressively. Truly shocked by the unprofessional behaviour! Never setting foot in there again...
Haven't treated my nails since covid, so I indulged in some birthday nails on the 10th of May with a lovely gel polish design on my natural nails. Absolutely adored the design and the vibrant colours, I'll definitely be back soon for another pampering session.
Decided to give this place another chance now that there are new owners and staff, and I must say, it's worth going back. I stopped coming in December due to issues with nails falling off and chipping soon after, but the new team did an amazing job. The Cats eyes marble design they did for me looks fantastic. So, whether you're a returning customer or starting your nail journey here, you'll be in good hands with this friendly and skilled team.
