I heartily suggest Emerald Ayurveda Sanctuary. I've been receiving regular care for my sciatic discomfort and feel much improved after my monthly sessions. Sam is exceptionally skilled and takes a holistic approach, addressing the entire person, not just the symptoms, which has been ideal for me. I opted for a series of 12 treatments, which offers great value. Many thanks to Sam and Dr. Joyful for their exceptional attention.
I endured persistent neck and shoulder agony. I underwent several kizhi massage sessions with herbal steam therapy at Emerald Ayurveda Sanctuary in Wetherby. I experienced immediate relief.
