AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Do not use! I had the most dreadful experience ever! Some issues I encountered include: - attaching individual lashes without pads, causing my upper and lower lashes to stick together and then plucking them out in an attempt to fix it. - spending 30 quid on classic lashes only for most of them to fall out within 4 days. BE WARNED, no refunds. I had to attend my sister's 30th birthday party with sparse lashes after just shelling out 30 pounds. The technician claimed she couldn't redo them before the event and even accused me of rubbing my eyes and not caring for them properly! Essentially blaming me for her poor lash application skills! I've been getting lashes for years and have NEVER encountered such a situation where they fall out in 4 days; they usually last 3-4 weeks. And why would I intentionally rub my eyes and make them fall out within days after paying 30 pounds? Secondly, I wanted nice lashes for my sister's 30th birthday! That was the whole purpose of getting them done... not to waste money unnecessarily and my time! - on the day of the appointment, she handed me the mirror after about 30 minutes and claimed they were done. Upon inspection, they looked terrible, and I questioned the technician why they weren't sitting properly and were all over the place. She somewhat agreed and attempted to fix them. In the end, I had to insist that I needed to leave because my parking time was almost up, and I didn't want to risk getting a ticket. She told me that if any lashes continued to bother me, I could come back, and she would rectify them. Well, they didn't even last long enough on my lashes to bother me because within 4 days, there was barely anything left. APPALLING. - the technician was impolite and blamed me for her own errors. - a significant waste of money and time that I will never recover.
I underwent Botox and lip filler procedures. Mel is highly professional, amiable, and incredibly well-informed about potential side effects and post-treatment care. I felt completely at ease. I will definitely return.
