Hadn't visited in over a year. It's great to see that online bookings are now an option. The treatment was enjoyable, although the therapist appeared quite preoccupied with various tasks. The rooms are in need of a revamp, which takes away from the overall relaxation. They haven't been updated in quite some time. Despite this, I would consider returning once Cookham bridge is accessible.
Received a waxing session with Joanne yesterday, and it was truly the best waxing experience I've ever had! She was incredibly kind, and I could tell she put a lot of effort and time into it. I was extremely satisfied with the results. The receptionist was also welcoming and friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere upon arrival at the spa. I've already scheduled my next treatment! Thank you, ladies.
Experienced a delightful mum-to-be pampering session with Fatemah yesterday, featuring a soothing massage and facial. I felt completely at ease, and she was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this - it was exactly what I needed at nearly 39 weeks pregnant. Many thanks :)
