A mate phoned and reserved slots for 3 of us for a massage, and the person on the line said they could fit us in. We went for lunch, and my sibling, who hurried through lunch to avoid being late, went in for her massage first. She rang us 10 minutes later saying nobody was there. She had knocked repeatedly, but no response. My friend and I hurried through our meal to check on the situation, but still no answer. We phoned the individual, who, upon hearing we had bookings, responded with 'Oh, yes, you did. I'll head over now, should be about 10 minutes'. By this point, it was over 20 minutes past our scheduled appointments. We advised her not to bother. A rushed lunch and excited for a massage, only for the individual to not show up. No apology was given either. I would not recommend or consider using their services in the future. Disappointing and clearly disorganised.
