Sophia is very thorough in the questions she asks, to ensure she fully understands the issue before even beginning any treatment. The deep tissue massage has provided much relief for my lower back pain, and is helping to ease the chronic pain in my arthritic shoulder. Sophia is also great at adapting and tailoring exercises to take account of the limited capabilities in my hands due to osteoarthritis.
